Receiving a CCMA referral or hearing notice can leave an employer unsure about the next step. How BizConsult assists
We review the referral, notices and the employer's available records, then help organise a clear position and the documents needed for the matter. CCMA representation is provided through AHI Employers’ Organisation, subject to membership and the applicable representation requirements. We explain the membership and authorisation arrangements as part of onboarding, and assist with bargaining council matters subject to the relevant forum's rules.
